Mill site – As in previous years, as a form of the company’s concern for local residents in welcoming Eid Al-Fitr 1433 H, this year PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper distributed basic food packages.

The distribution was carried out symbolically on April 28, 2022, on the front page of the Admin Building – PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper, which was attended by representatives of the community and the government of Kuripan Induk and Kuripan Selatan Villages. From the board of directors of PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper, there were Takahiro Horita, Akira Nakasuka, Agus Kafid, Masaaki Tsuge, Tomohiko Takahashi, Toshiki Yamada, Tosiaki Natori, and several managers.

In his speech, Agus Kafid (Director of HR&CA) said that this year PT TEL distributed 1,000 food packages. “This activity is a form of the company’s concern for the surrounding community in welcoming and celebrating Eid al-Fitr. This year PT TEL distributed 1,000 food packages to the community in 26 villages in Rings 1-3. Alhamdulillah, for this distribution, people from Kuripan Induk and Kuripan Selatan Villages are represented in Ring 1 of PT TEL. Hopefully this package is useful and serves as a link between the company and the community,” he said.

Not to forget, on this occasion, Takahiro Horita as President Director of PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper conveyed his congratulations on celebrating Eid al-Fitr in Indonesian. In addition to basic food packages, PT TELPP also distributed packages of koko and sarongs to stakeholders in the ring 1-3 villages, sub-districts and districts. In total, 226 packages of koko and sarong were distributed.
